Short Term Farm Investments

Iroquois Valley Farms First Short Term Notes

For ten years, Iroquois Valley Farms has been capitalizing on the changeover from a monoculture "dead soil" agriculture to a more diverse, healthy, and profitable organic alternative. The family farmers that they support grow more nutritious, specialty foods typically on acres transitioning from commodity crops.

Connecting farm families, communities, and investors since 2007. As a corporate guideline, we do not look for specific farmland to purchase or finance. We develop relationships with farmers, mostly young and organic, that want to grow their farm business. We move forward if we have a ready, willing and able farmer in hand.

While originally targeting those willing to invest for the long term, they are now offering shorter term notes that provide an exit from the fund with a year. By developing a number of innovative investment products that target personal or commercial investment funds, the company provides a win-win for the health of our planet and personal financial growth. These funds directly impact the difficult transition years that are so challenging for farmers, while transforming fields into living, organic soils that breathe more carbon, cleans our waters, and supports the pollinators critical to food production.

To get started, their new 3 year note is callable by the investor after one year. It is initially limited to accredited investors, but will be made available to non accredited investors in the future. Click for a copy of the Soil Restoration Note term sheet or for the full PPM Offering Memorandum.
